What types of clothing does Modest Apparel USA sell?

Modest Apparel USA specializes in selling modest clothing for girls and women. Our clothing options prioritize modesty without compromising on style!

Some products show models dressed immodestly. Why is that?

Our boutique styles (meaning any products not branded Modest Apparel USA) are manufactured by third-party vendors. Because of this, product images are subject to that vendor's standards. We at Modest Apparel USA strive to provide modest clothing options to suit a variety of needs, and by working with other vendors we may come across full outfits that do not fit the definition of "modest". However, we believe the specific products offered in our shop are still modest!

How long do I have to return an item?

Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of shipment on Modest Apparel USA items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our boutique styles are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

What are the eligibility criteria for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain goods, such as bulk orders, are NOT eligible for returns.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

What should I do if I haven't received my refund yet?

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. There may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. Does Modest Apparel USA offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at sales@modestapparelusa.com.

What happens if I received an item as a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Who is responsible for the shipping costs of returns?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
